The Infiniti Q45 was sold in the US and was a performance sleeper. You could get a BMW overseas at the time with honestly better options.

Remember they were going overseas, so the more pedestrian cars were probably hard to find in Europe or Asia. The Caddies, F350, GMC Yukon, Lincoln Navigator, etc. The Mercedes might make sense if the cars were going to a country with high import taxes, or with long waiting lists. I, uh, I have no explanation for the Boxster.

We BMW owners need to pool our resources and create a support group. Everyone always says that none of us use turn signals and we all park like asshats. It's not true. There are asshats everywhere.
